Contracts and Agreements
Strictly speaking, the Contracts Team for Research and Development Services (RD&S) handles research contracts and agreements for the University of Western Ontario.
WORLDiscoveries® works together with the RD&S Contracts Team whenever intellectual property (IP) or commercialization enter the picture, which is common in the case of Non-disclosure Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, Material Transfer Agreements and Inter-institutional Agreements.
