Jeremy is an Associate Professor and Chair in Human Microbiome and Probiotics at Lawson Research, and Director of the Canadian Centre for Human Microbiome and Probiotics. Jeremy’s research is focused on the relationship between commensal bacteria and human health; specifically, how the microbiome influences urological conditions and how our environment impacts the microbiota.
Thomas is the Research and Innovation Director with Lallemand Bio Ingredients in Montreal, a global leader in the development, production and marketing of yeast, bacteria and specialty ingredients. Thomas has a 25-year career in the manufacturing, research and development of innovative microbial products and the translation of early ideas into commercial products.
