Joel teaches courses in New Venture Creation and has taught on entrepreneurship as well, sharing his experience and expertise as an entrepreneur, engineering executive, and educator. Joel is a Founding Partner of Hacker Studios, a privately funded startup incubator in London, Ontario and is also a Senior Innovation Advisor at Innovation Canada.

Jeff is a trained polymer chemist with a PhD specialization in polyurethane chemistry. Jeff is currently the Director of Business Development for Ontario Centre of Innovation supporting the pan-provincial business development network while continuing to provide business development support the London and surrounding region.
